Spaces Available for Rent
Wellness Center
Ideal for larger gatherings, community meetings, or workshops. The room can be configured to
meet your event needs and comfortably accommodates a variety of setups.
Rates:
- Hourly Rate: $375/hr. (1 hr. minimum)
- Full-Day Rate: $1,000 (up to 4 hours)
- Full-Day Rate: $2,500 (up to 8 hours)
Inclusions: Space access, tables and chairs provided
Conference Room
Perfect for smaller meetings, trainings, or breakout sessions. This private space offers a focused
environment for planning, collaboration, or discussion.
Rates:
- Hourly Rate: $150/hr. (1 hr. minimum)
- Full-Day Rate: $450 (up to 4 hours)
- Full-Day Rate: $850 (up to 8 hours)

Setup/Breakdown & AV Package

Rate: $100 flat
Booking Details
- Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full payment due 7 days before the event.
- Insurance: General liability insurance of at least $1 million is required, with Rafiki named as an additional insured. Special event insurance may be necessary for larger gatherings.
- Cancellation Policy:Full refund if canceled 14 days in advance.
- 50% refund if canceled 7 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
- Additional time beyond your reserved window will be billed at the hourly rate.
