- Nonprofit Discount: 25% off for registered nonprofits.
- Community Event Discount: Up to 50% off for events focused on wellness or community health.
Booking Details
- Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full payment due 7 days before the event.
- Insurance: General liability insurance of at least $1 million is required, with Rafiki named as an additional insured. Special event insurance may be necessary for larger gatherings.
- Cancellation Policy:Full refund if canceled 14 days in advance.
- 50% refund if canceled 7 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
