Call or Submit a Referral
To begin services, call the clinic or complete the referral form. A member of our team will review your information and contact you to discuss your needs and availability.
Please note: Services are offered by appointment and do not include emergency care. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest hospital for immediate support
Connect With a Therapist or Support Group
Rafiki offers culturally informed mental health services that recognize the impact of generational trauma and create safe spaces for healing and support.
Support may include:
- Individual counseling
- Support circles
- Parenting support groups
- Referrals to specialized services
- Case Management
- Doula support
These services are designed to help parents navigate the emotional changes that can come with pregnancy and early parenting.

Black Mamas’ Wellness Group View program flyer
A weekly support circle for Black mothers that combines mental health education, peer connection, and guided therapeutic activities in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Perinatal & Maternal Mental Health Support
Counseling and support services for individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping parents navigate emotional changes and prioritize their wellbeing.
Parenting & Caregiver Support Groups
Facilitated discussions and workshops that provide parents and caregivers with tools, guidance, and community support while navigating the challenges of raising children.

Community Healing Circles
Safe, culturally affirming spaces where community members can come together to share experiences, build connection, and support emotional healing.
Mental Health Education Workshops

Participants can take part in discussions, healing activities, and community support sessions.
What to Bring
For your first appointment, please bring:
- A photo ID (if available)
- Any referral information from a provider (if applicable)
- A list of current medications (if applicable)
If you do not have these items, you can still receive services. Our team will work with you to make sure you receive the care you need.
Important Notes
- Services are free for community members
- Programs support individuals during pregnancy and up to three years postpartum
- Care is culturally informed and community-centered
