Umoja Health Access Point (HAP) Community Health Fair

Where: Bayview Drop-in Center – 2111 Jennings Street, San Francisco, CA 94124

Join us for our Umoja HAP Community Health Fair! Here, you’ll be able to connect with local organizations that offer a range of resources, including free STI/HIV testing, health screenings, sexual health resources, workforce resources, housing resources, and other wellness resources! They’ll also be food provided and a limited supply of gift cards.
