Motherhood is a beautiful experience, but it’s not easy. That’s why Rafiki Coalition and our partners are bringing you the first Reset Saturday!
This event is made with one group in mind: Black mothers. Our goal is to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve with a healing circle, catered food from What The Shuck, and restorative activities like creating your own sugar scrub or flower bouquet.
But that’s not all! We’re also here to provide you with a lasting community. That’s why we’ll have speakers present for a panel, including a therapist, a doula, and a mother with a harrowing birthing story and more! These speakers are coming together to give you the tools you need to navigate motherhood while reminding you that you’re not alone in your journey.
Need child care? Don’t worry, we’ll have a children’s zone on-site as well so bring your little ones with you!
