Rafiki Community Food Market
When: Monday, September 29, 2025 and Monday, October 6, 2025 from 1:30-3:30 PM
Where: Umoja HAP Center – 5000 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94124
Rafiki Coalition and SF-Marin Food Bank are opening up a community food market at our Umoja HAP site (5000 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94124). We’re providing free, fresh food to the people who need it most. If you’re facing food insecurity or know someone who is, this is for YOU! We’re having enrollment parties on 9/29 and 10/6, so you can come enroll on site and start shopping immediately.
The Rafiki Community Food Market is for people connected to the Bayview community. You can sign up if you:Â
- You must live in San Francisco in the 94124 zip code.
- Low-to-moderate income (about at or below twice the federal poverty level).
- No proof or paperwork required — eligibility is based on self-attestation.

If you enroll before 9/29, please come on Monday, 9/29 to pick up your participant card.
