601 Cesar Chavez, SF, CA, 94124
Join us for monthly mental health spotlights that’ll discuss a range of topics such as relationships, love, domestic violence, grief, mothering, and more! These events will take place 1-3 times per month from March through May and feature compelling speakers.
This spotlight will feature Dr. Daniel Drake at Rafiki Coalition for Health and Wellness. Join us for an engaging and reflective session on Spiritual Creativity — a powerful concept rooted in Dr. Danielle Drake’s dissertation research. Together, we’ll explore how Spiritual Creativity and intentional joy can serve as tools for wellness, healing, daily renewal, and personal transformation.
Participants will also take part in guided expressive arts activities designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom and develop meaningful practices to nurture spiritual creativity in everyday life.
