Hatha Yoga provides physical and breathing exercises, and shavasana (deep relaxation, meditation). This class will incorporate therapeutic movement that develops strength, flexibility, and balance. Participants will deepen their understanding of the postures, basic alignment, and techniques to manage stress. This class is appropriate for all levels.
