Join us for our First Saturday Health Party! This month’s theme is Movement Saturday and we’re giving you a day of healthy, fun activities that are guaranteed to get your body moving! ALL SERVICES ARE FREE!
We’re offering massage, chiropractic & acupuncture services (limited spots available), a fitness class, a cardio class, a dance class, a mental health workshop, and a delicious lunch.
