Our Commitment to Being a Good Neighbor
At Rafiki Coalition, being a good neighbor is part of how we show up for our community.
We believe that every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcomed—whether you’re receiving services, working with us, or simply passing by. That’s why we’ve built our Good Neighbor Policy around care, accountability, and community-centered values.
We:
- Monitor the areas around our sites hourly
- Train all staff in respectful, trauma-informed engagement
- Log and follow up on concerns as part of our daily operations
But we can’t do it alone. If you witness behavior around our buildings that goes against our commitment to dignity and safety, we want to hear from you.
Use this form to report:
- Harassment, verbal abuse, or intimidating behavior
- Unsafe substance use or public health concerns
- Damage to property or trash build-up
- Blocking access to our entrances
- Any activity that feels out of alignment with respect, care, or safety
You can remain anonymous or request follow-up.
