Please join the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for a presentation and community discussion highlighting self-care tools the cancer patient and caregiver. They will discuss actionable items to assure you and your loved ones are receiving the care you deserve before, during and after treatment. The wisdom panel includes a nurse practitioner, a patient navigator, and a community engagement director. Local community-based organizations will be present to share their support resources for the African American/Black cancer community.

A complimentary boxed meal will be provided.
