Rooted In Healing: A 10-Week Mother’s Mindfulness and Ancestral Wisdom Support Group

When: Runs weekly on Thursdays from March 5th – May 7th from 6–8 PM.

Where: Rafiki Coalition – 501 Cesar Chavez Street, San Francisco, CA 94124

This free support group features mothers with older children supporting mothers who are pregnant and up to 3-years postpartum.
