Park Prescriptions for Seniors

Time in nature offers numerous health benefits such as improved mood and cardiovascular health.
Getting outdoors should not stop as we age! If you are looking for a way to bring more time in nature into your routine, join Rafiki clincians for a series of health-centered events at India Basin Waterfront Park!
This is a FREE, four week series desgined to support seniors in using the park as a healthcare tool and building community.
Each event will include:
- Community Building
- Health Education
- Adaptive Movement (Accomodations for accessibility can be made, just let us know how we can support you!)
