Today’s Topic: Relationships

Join us for monthly mental health spotlights that’ll discuss a range of topics such as community building, breaking limiting beliefs, self-care, grief, supporting survivors of trauma, and more! These events will take place 1-3 times per month from March through May and feature compelling speakers.

An evening of presence, practice, and shared humanity.

Grief touches us all—and yet, we rarely get the space to hold it with care. Join us for a two-hour healing circle centered on grief, led by Jason Grant (Coach Pause), where community members and nonprofit leaders come together in a spirit of compassion and courage.

Through relational mindfulness and guided practices, we’ll explore healthy ways to navigate grief and stress—individually and collectively. Whether you’re carrying personal loss, community pain, or the quiet fatigue of service work, this is a space to be seen, supported, and resourced.

Open to adults 18+. All are welcome—no prior experience needed, just an open heart.
