The speaker for this mental health Spotlight is Pia Odom, associate marriage & family therapist #150656, whose session is titled “Stress Less, Feel More: Self-Care Tools for Navigating Chaotic Times.” This powerful session will give you the tools needed to cultivate self-care and inner peace in the face of adversity and turmoil!
