AIDS Walk San Francisco

Rafiki Coalition was founded in 1986 as the Black Coalition on AIDS in response to the need for culturally responsive care during the AIDS crisis.

2026 marks the 40th anniversary of both Rafiki Coalition and AIDS Walk San Francisco. We’re inviting YOU to join Team Rafiki at this year’s walk!

80% of all funds raised support our Brandy Moore House, a transitional housing program serving low-income African Americans living with HIV/AIDS and experiencing homelessness.

AIDS Walk San Francisco 2026 Schedule

8:00 a.m. – Check-In opens and Pancake Breakfast begins (open to all fundraising participants)
10:00a.m. – Pre-Walk Festivities
10:30a.m.  – 5K Walk Begins
12:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.  Post Walk Picnic
