Rico Hampton serves as the Director of operations at Rafiki Coalition for Health & Wellness, bringing a wealth of experience in operations management and community-focused solutions. With a diverse background in HR, facilities management, executive support, and operations across various industries such as health tech, media, and design, Rico is dedicated to dismantling healthcare inequities and enhancing the well-being of marginalized communities in San Francisco.

Rico oversees the operations. They are instrumental in managing compliance, tech infrastructure, and facilities while supporting policy development and the build-out of new community and clinical spaces. Rico’s work ensures Rafiki’s mission is carried out through the seamless coordination of services and partnerships that prioritize community health, safety, and wellness.
