The Rafiki Community Market provides free, healthy, and culturally relevant groceries for residents in San Francisco’s 94124 community, helping address food insecurity while creating a welcoming space where dignity, choice, and community connection come first.

At Rafiki Coalition, food is more than nutrition — it is culture, joy, and wellbeing. Designed like a neighborhood grocery store rather than a traditional food pantry, the market allows families to select the foods that best meet their cultural and dietary needs, supporting Rafiki’s broader mission to advance food justice, health equity, and community wellness.
