Brandy Moore House is a supportive housing program operated by Rafiki Coalition that provides transitional housing, case management, and wellness services for very low-income African Americans living with HIV/AIDS who are sober and experiencing homelessness.
Through housing stability and individualized support, the program helps residents work toward permanent housing, improved health, and long-term independence.
