Karter Louis is a restaurateur, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized food systems advocate exploring the connection between what we eat and how we feel.
With over two decades building restaurants and championing farm-to-table eating, he teaches simple, sustainable strategies for healthier kitchens and whole, minimally processed meals.
Karter co-founded Samovar Tea Lounge (San Francisco), Hillbilly Tea (Louisville), and Soul Slice (Oakland). His philosophy: good food should nourish body and mind, celebrate community, and be accessible to everyone.
