Join Rafiki Coalition for Health & Wellness and our community partners for the Men’s Wellness Bike Ride on July 18th.
This ride is more than just a physical activity it is an opportunity for Black men and community members to come together, prioritize their health, build meaningful connections, and experience healing through movement. Regular physical activity plays an important role in preventing chronic disease, reducing stress, and supporting mental wellness.
Following the ride, participants are invited to enjoy a free lunch while connecting with community organizations and local resource providers offering health information, wellness services, and resources to support overall well-being.
