Join the Black Wellness Movement!
Rafiki is inviting you to engage in a “wellness” activity everyday this month in celebration of Black History. Participate in the suggested activity below, or any other “wellness” activity of your own choosing.
DAY 1: Activity
- Join Rafiki’s offering: #mypieceofpeace (for information, check Rafiki’s Calendar listings for Feb. 1)
- Commit to maintaining RAFIKI’s Gratitude journal for the 28 days of wellness. Everyday download the daily journal page and use it to deepen your reflection and practice of wellness.
