Join the Black Wellness Movement!
Rafiki is inviting you to engage in a “wellness” activity everyday this month in celebration of Black History. Participate in the suggested activity below, or any other “wellness” activity of your own choosing.

DAY 5: Activity

  • On this Saturday, join Maxine on a 20+ minute virtual walk at beautiful Point Pinole Regional Park, including a short silent walk.

 

  • Write in your Rafiki Gratitude Journal
